A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- While we do not accept returns, you have (7 number of days) from the time you’ve received your products to request a replacement of your product(s).
- Please include reason for request in email at highlygiftedcreations@gmail.com. Include a photo if applicable or any evidence supporting your claim.
- The claim will be addressed within 24hours of receipt.
- Once approved and processed, please allow the standard time of production and shipment to receive your replacement. Please note that all replacements are at the discretion of the company owner and all sales are final.
- Any cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be filled, shipped, delivered or picked up as accordingly to the customers request. Submit all cancellation request at highlygiftedcreations@gmail.com.
- Please note that in this industry, products not made in our shop may be unavailable, seasonal, out priced the cost of production or colors may vary, therefore you will be made aware of any substitutions that may occur. All products are tested and inspected for quality assurance.
