Any specific design details, colors, and any request relating to the final product design will be fulfilled to the best of our ability. Specific requests will be followed as closely as possible to ensure quality of final products.
Please allow ample amount of notice for large quantities for events and be aware of the time of shipment transit times so that your order arrives within the timeframe you need it.
If picking up or having your order delivered locally, please be specific on the timeframe order is needed. We require that you choose at least a two hour window for delivery. Note that delivery orders will be delivered within your specified timeframe please be available to receive your order or have someone else available for hand to hand deliveries. No orders will be placed in mailboxes or left anywhere at the residence. For office of venue deliveries, an authorized person must be present for hand to hand deliveries.
Event setups may be requested for an additional fee that will billed to you separately. You will be charged $25 per hour for set up and this includes having a Creations Partner on hand for the duration of your event as well as the breakdown time.
Equipment rental such as displays, mini refrigerator for the No Bake Cheesecakes, generators, and any other special equipment will be available for an additional fee that will be billed to you separately. It is highly recommended to rent a mini refrigerator and generator (if electricity is unavailable) for the shelf life of the No Bake Cheesecakes in a jar or Gourmet Cupcakes if the event takes place outside in any weather temperature conditions greater than 60 degrees Fahrenheit due to potential food born illness and melted buttercream.
While we do our best to ensure quality products, there may be food shortages, price increases, unavailability of products not made in our shop, seasonal items and color variations. We will do our best to keep you informed of any substitutions made that may affect your final product. You may decide to cancel within 24hours in writing or request a product change. We do not send out products that have not already been tested in our kitchen so please know that when and if substitutes are made the quality of the final product can be just as good as the original. We built our business on the foundation of creating flavors and products that are ever interchangeable.
Once the product leaves our shop, it is out of hands during shipping transits whether you pick it up or have it shipped. We will do our best to ensure all products are stable, and secure. We do assume responsibilities during local deliveries and will make it right.
All No Bake Cheesecake Jars will be shipped in a controlled temperature pack whether it be insulated wrap or a insulated cooler with ice packs. If choosing to ship, please select the short amount of time needed to ensure that your packages are delivered at a safe to consume temperature. When we ship, we will ship at the last pickup time available to avoid longer delays in time each jar is out of a controlled refrigerator. Selecting overnight or next day will be your best option. If picking up or receiving a local delivery, your jars may or may not be on ice but will still be packaged and kept from reaching room temperature. Please plan accordingly if you are picking up during warmer months to not leave your products in a warm/hot vehicle or outside for a long exposure period.
No order will be filled without full payment of products. At this time, we do not accept deposits or partial payments. All payments must be submitted in the form of cash, credit, debit, PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo.
No order will be set up without full payment of set up fees. An invoice detailing your service request will be emailed to you from firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be able to pay for your service request through the invoice.
If adding to an existing order, please email or message that you have another order to ensure that both are fulfilled at the same time. Message us here on the website or send an email to email@example.com.
Offers may be sent out to customers periodically. If you receive a special offer, please mention it in order to receive it. We love our returning customers so we want to make sure you are rewarded.
If you received a special offer during our markets or events, please note that it only applied to your order at that given time. Our prices are reasonably priced for gourmet desserts.

We do process all products in or around tree nuts, glutens and other potential allergens. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. All equipment are washed in hot soapy water and air dried or dish washed and dried to prevent cross contamination. Please contact us to address any concerns you may have. We always wear gloves when handling our products and during the preparation periods as well as changing them when handling foods with allergens. Precautions are always taken in our kitchen.
